When will my product(s) be shipped?

We ship all the products within 24-48 hours of payment received, unless the product is out of stock because of extraordinarily high demand, in which case, you would be notified. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If we are unable to ship your product for any reason, full payment will be refunded to you.

How will my product(s) be shipped?

We use UPS. Delivery time is guaranteed by UPS. Tracking information is provided by UPS. Lebro Chemical's products are shipped in the manufacturer's original packaging, which may reveal the contents inside. We will always ship the most cost effective method, so for any large orders (pallets, etc.), we will ship via truck and use Freight Lines.

Please make sure you provide us with your correct shipping address. Remember to add any apartment, suite, building, or floor numbers to your shipping address. If your product comes back to us marked "undeliverable" due to a wrong or insufficient address, the product will be reshipped at nominal shipping charge or payment will be refunded at our discretion less any shipping, handling and insurance charges.
